Bronze Plan

  • Initial Consultation with a therapist
  • One Year Subscription
  • Monthly gym access to all the cardio & weight equipment

Silver Plan

  • Includes all of the Bronze membership plus:
  • Monthly assessments to accurately keep track with your goals.
  • Personalized exercises to accomplish your future goal (Flexibility, Strength, Endurance, Weight Loss)
  • Regular Heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen checkups (from beginning of workout to end)

Gold Plan

  • Includes all of the Bronze & Silver Membership
  • One on One with a professionally trained Physical Therapist every two weeks
  • A free Initial Consultation with a nutritionist
  • One free Massage (while your membership is ACTIVE)

Spa

  • Includes one 1 Hour Full-Body Massage each month
  • lower membership rates on additional massages
  • Select 3 options with your 60 min session:
  • Cupping Therapy with effleurage
  • Hot Stone massage
  • Aromatherapy

Walking Program

  • ARSO's walking program is divided into two six-week phases that encompasses strength and endurance training to improve walking distance each week
  • Each week you will have two 45 mins session in the clinic and will be provided with home exercises and a at home walking program with self-reported minutes of walking per day or week

Movement Performance Program

  • The movement performance program uses the most advanced methods to evaluate an individual's biomechanical processes and uses research-based methods to create individualized exercise programs to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals
  • The program will last 6-8 weeks, with 2-3 visits per week. The program consists of 5 phases and will be customized to each patients' goals.
